Hi, I’m Natalie! I help women & their families find transformation and empowerment from mental health and relationship breakdown symptoms. I specialise in trauma & individual counselling, as well as clinical supervision.
I am an innovative Clinical and Spiritual Psychotherapist – holding space for creative innovative multi-disciplinary relationships. I was a Beauty Therapist for a decade before transitioning from external work on self to internal work focusing on the paradox of life/death and metabolising trauma with over 1,000 women and families.
I have convened, facilitated and presented at ACA Chapter Meetings for 3 years. Created and delivered Counselling and Mental Health and wellbeing programs for individuals, families, couples and groups of fathers/sons. Worked for Miracle Babies and a Nurture Group Co-ordinator for 3 years
I am a Survivor of a SAMM (severe acute maternal morbidity), a fancy way to say my baby & I died in childbirth and were brought back to life!
My mission is to serve 100,000+ women and their families to find reconciliation, recovery and restoration within self and their relationships.
